So I've been searching "new build houses near me" for weeks now and I'm honestly overwhelmed by the options. Some are in great locations, others feel like they're in the middle of nowhere with promises of "future development." Has anyone had experience buying in an area that was still being built out? Did the neighborhood eventually fill in nicely, or did you regret being an early buyer? Trying to figure out if convenience is worth the current construction chaos.
